1. Making my bed every morning

I like to be productive straight away in the morning and tidy my room. After a long day at work, I then look forward to my tidy bed and can also sleep better.

2.Movement

Exercise is good for me, which is why I try to do at least 20 minutes of sport or plan a short walk to the shops or to work. Some fresh air gives me a break from my work on the laptop, I clear my head and when the sun shines, I get some vitamin D at the same time.

3.Pulling affirmationcards

My LOVEme affirmation cards accompany me throughout the day. I say them out loud after drawing them and usually place them right next to my desk so that I remember them several times.

4.Journaling

It helps me to sort out my thoughts and carry out regular self-reflection.

5.Making To-Do lists

I try to make a to-do list the night before. By working through to-do's, your body releases endorphins - you not only feel more productive because you can see what you have achieved, but also happier.

6. Plan time for myself

I build in little moments for myself every day that I look forward to. Whether it's my morning coffee and a book in my armchair or a Netflix series with a delicious tea in the evening. Consciously taking time out and giving my body the rest it needs allows me to wake up full of energy the next day.
