From my personal experience:

When I started my career as a television presenter five years ago, I could never have imagined the path I would take today. After years of experience and job security, I decided to take on a new challenge and move into the exciting world of self-employment.I always knew I wanted to go my own way, but I was unsure how to go about it. Instead of taking the time to find out what I really wanted, I kept putting it off and staying in secure permanent positions, but fate had other plans. When my last employer had to close for financial reasons, it was a clear wake-up call for me. I realised that it was time to start my own business and I was ready to take the plunge.

‘From my permanent position to self-love expert’

Self-employed. My tip for anyone who wants to take the plunge into self-employment: Set yourself up with four legs! This means building up different pillars, such as speaking engagements, moderation jobs, products and coaching. The road to self-employment may sometimes be rocky, but with determination, courage and a clear vision, anything is possible. I look forward to the adventures that lie ahead and to living my passion every day.
