Shipping & Returns

We ship (almost) worldwide, currently excluding Russia and China. Our orders are sent up to a value of 49 € as a consignment. In addition, as an insured package.

Please note that unexpected delays can occur which are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible.

Orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed through our website. If an order cannot be delivered, the customer must pay for the proper return and the original shipping costs. Please note that we accept no responsibility for orders deemed delivered or for which delivery attempts have been made without success.

Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation or a parcel shop is currently not possible.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation by e-mail, which will also contain your tracking number in the case of a mixed parcel dispatch.

Duties & Taxes
International orders (deliveries outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country. These potential additional charges will not be covered or reimbursed by us. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Orders can easily be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are returned on time and in accordance with the return policy below.

The return costs are to be borne by the customer. We will not accept returns that are not prepaid and will be returned to the sender.

Returned items must be in their original condition.

When returning your product, we cannot accept responsibility for products that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we recommend that you return your package to us using a secure, trackable shipping service provider of your choice (Post, DHL, GLS, FedEx or UPS).

We also recommend that you keep the receipt from the courier until you receive your refund. As soon as we have received the return, we will initiate the refund as soon as possible. In exceptional cases, this can take up to 7 working days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. International customs and sales taxes will not be refunded (applies to deliveries outside the EU).

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer an exchange. If you want to exchange an item, you must return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
